While our standard size mousse bombes, pavlova, trifles and various other desserts are offered during our retail pop ups, we can offer these on a smaller scale for dessert tables and catered events. A list of our mousse bombe sizes and pricing are listed below. Custom specialty desserts are available upon request.

Mini Mousse Bombes: $3.50+ / Standard Size Mousse Bombes: $6.95+: 
Mousse bombes include a half dome of mousse (flavor of your choice) and can either A. sit atop a delicate cookie with a thin crunchy chocolate / white chocolate outer shell, or can include a cake layer at the base with an outer layer of poured ganache.

Flavors include but are not limited to:
Dark Chocolate, Apple Spice, Chai Tea, Chocolate-Raspberry, Strawberry-White Chocolate, Red Velvet, Lemon-Passion Fruit, Strawberry Champagne, Strawberry-Rose, Chocolate-Peanut Butter, Lavender-Honey, Earl-Grey Lavender, Earl Grey-Rose, Pistachio-Rose, and more flavors upon request. 

NOTE: A minimum of 24 mini mousse bombes and 12 standard size mousse bombes must be ordered due to batch size. Single mousse bombes available for purchase at our retail pop-ups.
