Wedding Inquiry Form

PLEASE READ: This order form is for all wedding cakes, groom’s/partner’s cakes, as well as small desserts and dessert tables. All new orders MUST be placed via this form, including pick-up cake tasting & phone consultation requests (tastings are by appointment only; no walk-ins). Please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for a follow-up e-mail. NOTE: If you have not received a response in 72 hours, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, as our emails have been known to filter into our clients’ spam folders. Thank you for your patience!

We require an order minimum for deliveries, as well as an additional delivery fee for travel + set-up. Delivery minimums & fees vary depending on your event date, time, location/mileage, and set-up time. Our Saturday delivery fee starts at $75, with a minimum required order of $850. Our Sunday delivery fee starts at $125, with a minimum required order of $1200 (as we are closed on Sundays). Weekday deliveries (Tuesday - Friday) require a minimum order of $700; please inquire about our weekday delivery fees as our schedule tends to be more flexible during the week. These are minimum* prices and are subject to increase. Our delivery schedule is limited and can book up quickly — especially during busier wedding seasons — so we cannot always guarantee deliveries. If your order requires a delivery, we highly suggest locking in your date quickly to ensure that we can fit you into our schedule.

Please note if you’d like to schedule a pick-up tasting to sample a selection of our cake & buttercream flavors. While we are no longer scheduling in-person tasting consultations post-COVID, after you have picked up and sampled your tasting you can request a scheduled phone meeting with the owner if your cake/desserts require further discussion about specific details or designs.

*Our minimums factor in ingredients and staffing costs, the cake equipment (dowels, separator plates and cake boards) used to stack or display your cake, as well as the months of email and phone communications, design research, ingredient sourcing, handmade accents, and all of the other behind-the-scenes coordination with your planner/s, venue/s and other vendors necessary to finalize day-of logistics & ensure a smooth and safe delivery. Typically, before a cake has even been baked, we have spent hundreds of dollars in staffing/overhead on your cake. Due to the increased pricing of goods/services, these new minimums are strictly enforced to cover these basic overhead operations.
