Anatomy of a Cake

The cake interior consists of 4 layers of cake (choose 1 flavor per cake tier). These cake layers are separated by 3 layers of buttercream. You may choose an optional additional filling (e.g. jam, curd, ganache) for an additional fee.

The cake exterior will always be coated in a layer of vanilla buttercream (but can be tinted in the color of your choosing). Optionally, you can add a thin layer of fondant over the exterior buttercream for an additional fee.
