Our mini pies and tarts are presented in a 2.25” shell and come in a large variety of traditional and adventurous flavors. (Larger pies & tarts also available) Shells and crusts range from classic vanilla pastry shell, to graham crumb, chocolate crumb, molded chocolate shells and more.

Fruit Tarts: ($3.50 + each) (Now slightly larger). Our fruit tarts can be filled with a soft pastry cream/custard or a tangy curd and topped with an assortment of fresh fruits, dried flowers, gold leaf and more. Choose from Vanilla, Lavender or Honey pastry cream flavors as well as Lemon, Key Lime, Passion Fruit, Blackberry-Lemon, Raspberry-Lime, Lemon-Elderflower, Lemon-Passionfruit and various other curd flavors upon request. (now offering vegan and gluten free tarts upon request and based on availability.)

Mini Pies: ($3.25 + each) (Now slightly larger). Our classic mini pie flavors include: Pumpkin, Caramel Apple, Apple, Key Lime, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter, Banana Cream, Grasshopper, Pecan, Chocolate Bourbon-Pecan, Cherry, Raspberry-Gingerbread Linzertorte, Ginger-Pear, Blackberry-Peach, Strawberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb and many more upon request. Mini Pies can be topped in whipped cream, fruit & nut accents, caramel or chocolate drizzles, chocolate curls, gold leaf and more.

Mousse Tarts: ($3.25+ each) (Now slightly larger). Our classic mousse tart flavors include: Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Espresso, Vanilla, White Chocolate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Eggnog, Pumpkin and more flavors available upon request.
